Unilever recruit a reverse Bungee Jump to promote Sure at Lovebox Festival

The UK Bungee Club and Big Bang Experiences were recently asked to help Unilever promote Sure at Lovebox Festival in London's Victoria Park.


We were onsite to provide our 160ft Reverse Bungee Jump at the two day event, headlined by award-winning artists Chase & Status and MIA, in order for members of the public to be catapulted in to the air and record their experience.


The day before the event, our crew set up in the venue close to the main stage to ensure that they had enough space and were ready for a weekend of music and adrenaline.


Festival goers were asked to participate in games such as limbo and talent competitions, with the winners receiving tickets for the Catapult. They were then fitted with a heart rate monitor, head cam and full-body harness before being launched into the air.


After the screams of excitement, the winners were then asked to upload the head cam footage to their social media accounts, using the hashtag #domore to group them altogether and make them easy to find online.

With the event a massive success, we will be doing it all over again at Bestival on the Isle of Wight in September.


The entire team thoroughly enjoyed the event and secured a strong presence for the client. One of the Jumpmasters Jon Stanfield, who pulled the pin sending the winners skywards said of the weekend, 'It was a fantastic event that had us catapult over 150 unsuspecting festival goers into the air. Our crane towering over the main stage gave Sure ultimate brand awareness at the event. Bring on Bestival!'
