Please arrive in comfortable clothing. We advise against skirts (these don't work well with a harness!) and don't allow slip on shoes. You will also be asked to remove any jewelry or watches, and to make sure you have nothing in your pockets.

Of course! We love seeing all the creative costumes and outfits our participants wear! It's important to choose something that: 1) We can put a harness over or under 2) Has no loose objects (headpieces, glasses, masks, hand-held items etc aren't advisable) 3) Won't interfere with our safety equipment or harnesses. You may also be asked to sign an additional waiver as you are wearing something out of the ordinary. Absolutely, the more the merrier! Please be aware that in most cases, spectators will need to watch from the bottom. For example, on an abseil, spectators will not be able to accompany the participant to the top of the building/platform.
