Over £36,000 Raised in NHS Abseil Fundraiser at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital

A brilliant two days of abseiling took place at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital on the 4th & 5th of July, in support of their Foundation Trust, CW+.

Across two days and 73 fundraisers, this NHS abseil fundraiser raised over £36,000! This will support projects that improve patient care, promote staff wellbeing, and foster innovation across Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and West Middlesex University Hospital.

It was a pleasure working with CW+ again following their first successful abseil in 2023. Supporters, young and old, from all over the community took on the challenge in support of the hospital, along with 10 members of the fundraising team who jumped at the opportunity to see what all the fuss was about!

As well as some incredible photos, we also received some kind feedback from Chloe Roberts, Public Fundraising Manager for CW+ said:

We had nothing but positive feedback from all involved and it is down to you all being so great. Thank you for your support on the day also and going the extra mile in helping put up our gazebo etc.”

It was great to see so many smiling faces getting kitted up to abseil for their local hospital - community support continues to amaze us on these events!
