More Charity Highlights from Twickenham Zip Wire 2025!
Following on from our first round of fundraising results, even more highlights have come in from charities who joined us at the iconic Twickenham Stadium Zip Wire at Allianz Stadium in 2025.
A mix of nervous first-timers and confident thrill-seekers took on the 680ft zip wire across the home of English Rugby, resulting in thousands raised for vital causes across the UK.
Here are some of the latest charity highlights from Twickenham Zip Wire 2025:
MS-UK – Supporting People Living with Multiple Sclerosis
13 participants | £5,510 raised
It was an unforgettable day for the #TeamPurple fundraisers, who described the experience as empowering and inclusive for people living with MS.
Shannon Ind, Community Fundraiser at the charity said:
“It was an amazing event - your whole team were incredibly supportive, allowing those living with MS to have an enjoyable and comfortable experience and achieve something that means so much to them. Please say a huge thank you to your whole team. 💜”
“Working with Big Bang Experiences has been a pleasure from start to finish, and we hope we can continue working together to provide more opportunities to our MS-UK community and fabulous fundraisers.”
Funds raised by MS-UK will cover the cost of 100 chair-yoga sessions, helping people with MS improve mobility and relaxation.

RB Mind – Supporting Mental Health in Richmond Borough
8 participants | £3,787 raised
For some, it was their first ever adrenaline challenge, and for two particularly nervous participants, the Big Bang team was on hand every step of the way.
“They did all enjoy it - two were extremely nervous and your staff worked hard to make sure they were comfortable with what was happening.”
“Working with Big Bang was very easy. Communication prior to the event was good, with any questions promptly answered. All staff at the event were friendly and courteous and safety was taken seriously.”
Funds raised by RB Mind will go towards core costs that help sustain their vital community mental-health services.

Cancer Support UK – Providing Emotional & Practical Support
6 participants | £3,000+ raised
Taking the challenge to new heights, the team from Cancer Support UK completed the zip wire in mascot costumes, and even saw Cuddles The Bear head down the wire!
“We had a lot of fun which was helped by everyone doing the challenge in costumes. Everyone found the experience thrilling. Although some were quite scared beforehand, the adrenaline really kicked in and everyone felt a huge sense of achievement afterwards. Some are already thinking about their next adrenaline challenge.”
“‘The event was extremely well organised with excellent pre-event communication and a very professional team on the day. We had a great experience and raised vital funds for our charity. We would definitely do it again.’”
Their fundraising total more than doubled their original target, helping the charity deliver crucial emotional and practical support for people living with and beyond cancer.

John King Brain Tumour Foundation | Kings Fine Foods
10 participants | Raised around £1,000 on the day, further contributing to their annual 10% profit donation
The Kings Fine Foods team took to the wire for a cause close to their hearts - raising funds for the John King Brain Tumour Foundation.
“We are a locally based business and saw this as an opportunity to bring our team together outside of work, enjoy an amazing experience and raise money for a charity close to our hearts.”
“Although some were nervous, the team at Big Bang Experiences reassured everyone and made the whole experience one to remember!”
Founded in memory of John King, the John King Brain Tumour Foundation has now raised over £1.5 million to support people living with brain diseases.
As long-term supporters, Kings Fine Foods donates 10% of its net profit to the charity and was thrilled to add another £1,000 from their Zip Wire challenge.

Richard House Children’s Hospice
12 participants | £2,500 raised
There was a great turnout from the Richard House team. Although the staff member who organised the event has since left the charity, another team member shared their feedback:
“Everyone enjoyed the event and the feedback I heard was that it was really well organised on the day.”
Funds raised will go towards supporting seriously ill children and their families across London. Richard House Children’s Hospice provides specialist care, respite, and emotional support for children with life-limiting conditions, helping over 300 families each year live as fully and joyfully as possible.
