Blue Peter Presenters Bungee Jump From Middlesborough Transporter Bridge For Children In Need!

For Children In Need 2016, Barney Harwood, Lindsey Russell and Radzi Chingyanganya bravely completed a Bungee Jump from the Middlesbrough Transporter Bridge, in order to raise funds for the charity!

Our brand UK Bungee Club were approached by the popular children’s TV show to facilitate the jump for the Children in Need special show, which aired on 17th November 2016.  

Blue Peter Editor Ewen Vinnicombe chose the Transporter Bridge location as it was one of the most iconic places to do a bungee jump in the UK. He’s not wrong! Many celebrities have jumped from the same location.

All three Blue Peter presenters had also taken on a massive fundraising challenge for Children in Need 2016 - an Extreme 'TRY-athlon', covering 111 miles by rowing, cycling and running!
