It was fantastic to see UK Bungee Club featured in the latest series of BBC’s hit sitcom Here We Go! In Series 3, Episode 2 (“Mum’s Bad Tooth”), the Jessop family’s chaos meets adrenaline as a bungee jump becomes the episode’s big finale.
The storyline sees Robin announce he’s signed up for a 160-ft charity jump at Box End Park, Bedford with ‘Vertigo Jumps’, determined to tick off wild adventures before becoming a dad.
Not to be outdone, Paul (played by Jim Howick) reluctantly agrees to take part after being teased for being 'boring.' But when Robin shows up in a neck brace and Paul loses his nerve, the two slots are suddenly wide open…
That’s where the real fun begins. The episode ends with two other characters stepping up for a tandem bungee, safely dispatched by none other than our own owner and jumpmaster, Jon Snape! Cue lots of screams, gasps, and concerned looks from the onlooking family.
We loved bringing our world-famous jump to the big screen, proving once again that nothing gets the heart racing like a UK Bungee experience!
